Does 0.1 mg mean it is safer or healthier?
No — and we want to be flat about it. That is a machine-measured tar yield, not a health rating. A very low number does not make the smoke clean or lower-risk, and smokers often draw harder on an ultra-low grade and take in more than the figure suggests.
Is it a strong cigarette?
