What do you sell?
Authentic cigarettes from China, Japan, Korea, the United States and Europe, plus capsule (popper) cigarettes, heated-tobacco sticks (TEREA, HEETS, ILUMA, SENTIA) and e-cigarettes. We focus only on tobacco, vapes and related accessories — and keep adding brands and variants as our range grows.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — the minimum order is 2 cartons/boxes. You can mix different brands and products to reach it.
How do I find a specific brand or product?
Three fast ways: (1) type the brand or keyword into the search bar at the top (it suggests products as you type); (2) open All Categories and browse by country (Chinese / Japanese / Korean) or type (Capsule, Heated Tobacco, Vapes); (3) open Brands to jump straight to a maker like Chunghwa, Yuxi or Marlboro.
I can’t find the brand I want — can you still get it?
Very possibly. We carry a wide supplier range and not every variant is listed online yet. Message us on WeChat (Womm2234) or WhatsApp with the brand and version you smoke and we’ll tell you if we can source it.
Are the products fresh and sealed?
Yes. Stock is sourced first-hand and ships factory-sealed. Store cigarettes somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun, and they’ll keep well; an airtight box or the fridge extends freshness if you’re stocking up.
Can I buy a single pack?
No — orders start at 2 cartons/boxes. This keeps cross-border shipping worthwhile for both sides.
Product Quality
What quality assurance do you offer?
Every order ships first-hand through stable sourcing and duty-free channels — not the murky stock you find behind a corner-shop counter. Packs arrive factory-sealed, with the seal, printed stamp, barcode and health warnings intact, exactly as they leave the line.
Where does your stock come from?
We source first-hand from authorized duty-free supply and never restock from gray-market channels. Stock is kept in humidity-controlled storage so it reaches you fresh, and our product photos show the real packs you’ll receive. If anything about an order ever looks off, message us and we’ll make it right.
Do you Photoshop the health warnings off the packs?
No. Product images show real packs with the health warnings intact — we never edit them out. What you see is what ships.
Age & Eligibility
Who is allowed to buy from xiangyandd?
Only adults who are at or above the legal smoking age in their own country or region. By ordering, you confirm you meet that age. We do not sell to minors and never market to them.
What is the minimum age where I live?
It varies by country: United States 21; Japan 20; Canada 18–19 (19 in Ontario, B.C. and several provinces); UK, EU and Australia 18. When in doubt, follow the higher local figure.
How do you verify age?
An age-confirmation gate appears when you enter the site, and you confirm again at checkout. For compliance we may ask for proof of age before dispatching an order.
Payment & Pricing
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major methods including credit/debit card and PayPal, plus options popular with overseas Chinese such as WeChat Pay and Alipay. New: we now accept Zelle. Zelle and Interac e-Transfer are paid directly: choose one at checkout, then send the total from your own bank with your order number in the memo — Zelle to support@buyanycigarettes.com in USD, Interac e-Transfer to support@cigarette-vape.com in CAD at the day’s XE rate. The methods available to you are shown at checkout — if you’d prefer a specific one, message us first.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD), and orders are charged in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
Why are all your prices shown openly?
Because hiding prices behind a login is a grey-market habit we don’t follow. Every product is openly priced so you can compare before you buy — no “contact us for price”.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection through reputable payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card details.
My card was declined — what now?
Some banks automatically block tobacco-related purchases. Try another method (PayPal, WeChat Pay or Alipay), or message us on WeChat/WhatsApp and we’ll help you complete the order another way.
Do you offer discounts or loyalty pricing?
Yes. Buy 10+ cartons to reach Silver (−10% store-wide); 50+ cartons unlocks permanent VIP (−20%). Post a photo review of an order you’ve received and your next order ships free.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Worldwide — North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia. If you’re unsure about your destination, ask us before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7–15 days after a 1–3 business-day dispatch. Typical delivery is 7–15 days to most destinations. These are typical times, not guarantees — actual transit depends on the courier and customs clearance.
Which couriers do you use, and can I track my order?
EMS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by the fastest route to your destination. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels go out in plain boxes or envelopes with no tobacco branding or wording on the outside — quiet, low-profile delivery.
How much is shipping?
It’s calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout before you pay. Two ways to ship free: post a photo review of a delivered order, or reach VIP status.
Customs & Import
Will customs seize my cigarettes?
We won’t pretend it never happens — cross-border tobacco can be stopped at the border. Discreet packaging and tracking are there to reduce the risk, and our reshipment policy is there for the times it doesn’t work out. Our typical customs clearance rate is around 95%.
How does the free-reshipment protection work?
If your first parcel is seized, send us the official seizure or detention notice (fastest via WhatsApp, which handles photos and documents). Once we verify it, we reship your order one time, free of charge — claim within 14 days of the notice. A second seizure to the same destination is at your own risk, and because tobacco can’t be resold we reship rather than refund.
Will I have to pay import duty or tax?
Possibly — it depends on your country’s rules and how much you order. Many countries allow roughly 200 cigarettes (one carton) per adult duty-free and apply duties or taxes above that. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Is it legal for me to import these?
Every country sets its own rules for importing tobacco for personal use, and some restrict tobacco arriving by mail altogether (for example, the United States under the PACT Act). Please check and follow the regulations where you live before ordering. Returns, Damage & Cancellations
Can I return cigarettes I’ve ordered?
Because cigarettes are a consumable that can’t be resold once shipped, we don’t accept returns. We do stand behind every order in the cases below, and your statutory consumer rights always remain in force.
My order arrived damaged, or you sent the wrong item.
Send us a photo on WeChat or WhatsApp and we’ll replace it free. For a wrong item, we cover the correct replacement.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days, so message us as soon as possible. Successfully cancelled orders are refunded in full within 3–7 business days. Once a parcel is on its way it can’t be cancelled, but we can usually adjust a future order.
Do you give refunds?
For tobacco our protection is reshipment, not refunds — so you still get your cigarettes. Refunds may apply only where required by your local consumer-protection law.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out without one, but a free account lets you track orders, reorder your usual brands in a tap, and build toward VIP discounts.
How is my personal information handled?
We collect only what’s needed to process and ship your order, over a secure connection, and we don’t sell your data. Delivery is discreet, with no tobacco wording on the parcel. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How will I be kept updated on my order?
You’ll get order and dispatch updates by email with your tracking number, and you can always reach us on WeChat or WhatsApp for a quick status check.
Health & Legal
Is there a health warning?
Yes. Smoking is harmful to your health. The products on this site contain tobacco and/or nicotine and are intended only for adults of legal smoking age.
Are capsule cigarettes, heated tobacco or vapes “safer”?
We make no health claims of any kind and don’t describe any product as safer, lighter or reduced-harm. All tobacco and nicotine products carry health risks. For health guidance, consult your doctor or your local health authority.
Is xiangyandd a tobacco manufacturer?
No. We’re a cross-border retailer that sources and ships genuine products — we don’t manufacture tobacco.
Do you give legal advice on importing?
No. Anything we share about import rules is general information to help you, not legal advice. You’re responsible for following the laws where you live.
