How the crushball changed menthol

Good to know
If I never crush the capsule, is it just a boring plain cigarette?
Pretty much – without the crush it smokes as a mild, faintly fresh tobacco. The whole point is the choice, so plenty of people smoke the first half plain and crush it when they want the cold second half.
How cold is it compared to a normal menthol like an older mint cigarette?
Sharper and colder. Ice Blast is tuned for high cooling, so the crush reads more like biting mint or a lozenge than the rounded, mild menthol of classic brands.
Will the capsule survive shipping, and what if it has already broken?
It should arrive intact and you can feel it in the filter. Heat and rough transit are the main risks for any capsule product; if a parcel is held and you send the official notice within 14 days, it ships again once.
